If the thought of having to charge the 2017 Opel Ampera-e for extended periods of time would deter you from considering such a vehicle, Opel wants to alleviate the pressure.
The brand announced the 2017 Ampera-e will be able to replenish its charge with a 93-mile (150 km) range in just 30 minutes when using a DC fast charging station. That means even less range anxiety when behind the wheel, considering the Ampera-e will also go 310 miles (500 km) per its official European ratings before depleting the entire battery.
